Tremoloco is an eclectic roots band who have been described as Mexican Americana.
Blending Mexican Folk music with Roots/Country music is no easy task. It certainly helps that they are well versed in several styles including Americana, Folk, Country, Honky Tonk, Tex-Mex, Rancheros, Cumbias and Zydeco all the while writing and performing original songs in both English and Spanish.

A star studded line up of musicians occupy all of the Tremoloco recordings and this tradition continues with their latest release 2013’s “Salsipuedes”.
It features the guitar playing of Dave Alvin on the first single “Claudine” and finds them them exploring an ever widening musical scope but always remaining grounded in traditional musical forms. Not content with repeating themselves an adventurous new CD is in the works and scheduled for release in 2014.

Their live shows have been well received where they’ve wowed fans from the West Coast to the Gulf Coast including Texas, Mississippi and Louisiana, from Mexico to Washington state and up through Canada where they’re loved by old and young alike. They’ve participated in music workshops, hosted roots music TV shows, have done numerous in-store and in-studio radio appearances”.
Claudine Meinhardt
Claudine Meinhardt
Claudine Meinhardt is a singer, songwriter and guitarist based in San Antonio, Texas. Claudine started playing in a few local rock bands around San Antonio as a guitar player in the late 1990’s. Her music was put on hold during her time in college but she began rediscovering the art of songwriting in 2011, after being influenced by the troubadour songwriters that come through South Texas.
San Antonio is 75 miles from Austin, Texas and many fine musical acts venture to both cities. Inspired by Roberta and Lisa Morales, Lisa Marie, Joe Reyes, Rosie Flores, Eric Hisaw, Lucinda Williams, Susan Gibson and bands like Heartless Bastards, Claudine is finding her voice in the music scene.
Blues, Tejano, Conjuto, rock, country and bluegrass can all be found in the great city of San Antonio, which influences Claudine Meinhardt in all of the music she plays.
